Returns Policy


You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received incorrect product, etc.) we will cover the return shipping costs. Items claimed to be "defective or damaged" must be reported to us within 72 hours, or we will assume they were damaged in your care by improper storage. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for errors and buyer's remorse. Capsule filler machines are not returnable unless found damaged upon arrival. WE MUST BE INFORMED OF THIS DAMAGE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

We reserve the right to withhold our shipping costs to buyer/ recipient on larger orders if return is buyer's remorse. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within days after we have received the return.
